Saturday. Friends.

"Each friend represents
a world in us,
a world possibly not born until they arrive,
and it is only by this meeting
that a new world is born."
-Anais Nin

Saturdays around our constantly-under-construction house in Harmony Park are what we look forward to all week long.

No schedules to keep. Heaven.

Friends come. We go to friends. It's wonderful.

This day finds 2 working a snack bar at a skate board competition until 1:15, at which time I will claim her for a mom-daughter-sister-cousin lunch date with Aunt Melissa and the fabulous niece/cousin Jaden. Does friendship get better than that?

This day finds 4 invited over until 10 PM
TEN PM!!! :)
to the afore-mentioned skating Sarah's house for a marathon play date. 4 and Sarah suddenly have the world in common.
And that world is ice skating

And this day finds 3 hanging with the very best kind of friend. The kind that lives 3 doors down in your very own neighborhood. The kind you see in Church every Sunday.
The kind you ride your bike with to the bus stop.
The kind you can be yourself with always.
And look at these two.
What a contrast in Beautiful

One all dark and light eyed.

One all light and dark eyed.

Saturday. Friends. Life. Happiness.
