This is 2.
This is 2's friend, Elena.
2 and Elena have announced that they will be rousing from their soft beds at exactly 4:30 a.m. tomorrow morning, loading up some hiking gear, packing their power bars and a map and a backpack full of water, and heading out for a hike on Camelback Mountain.
I think I need to sit them both down and calmly explain that:
A. It is their Summer Vacation. Shouldn't they be sleeping in until 11:45 and then stumbling out to someone's pool to spend the rest of the day?
B. There is no special bonus point system that systematically gives out points for hiking at 4:30 in the morning.
C. They are Cheerleaders for crying out loud! Can't they be a little brattier?
and D. I am not using any PTO to come and find them if they get lost on Camelback Mountain. I'm really not.
I'll say it again. My girl is not a normal teenager.
She just isn't.
first of all..we woke up at 4 and second of all, Elena is not a cheerleader, she is a swimmer!
