5 came over on Thursday, full of excitement to see us and happy to be alive. Then she laid down on the couch and instantly fell asleep. It didn't bode well for the weekend.
Friday: Baby woke up with a fever and a yucky nose and he just wanted his Mommy all day. It was sad.
Saturday: Baby was a little better, and we all felt okay. So we did Saturday stuff. We cleaned, we shopped for Baby Z, Mrs. Mosley's newest baby, we watched J the 3rd play some football, we grocery shopped, we made enchiladas and fried ice-cream and then we took dinner to Mrs. Mosley and all the Mosley's and we ate enchiladas and fried ice-cream and held Baby Z and marveled over her awesomeness. And we felt fine.
Sunday: I woke up with a fever and a sore throat. 4 woke up with a fever and a sore throat. 3 woke up with tummy pains. Poor 3. Hughes also had tummy pains but I'm not supposed to put that on my blog. 2 was fine, baby was fine, and the Fabulous Toddler was fine. But we all ditched church anyways. Because I think it is very very rude when people go to church or to work with fevers. Give me a CHANCE to not get sick please. Thank you.
On another note, I hate missing church. It's the worst.
So we snuggled on the couch and watched Netflix. We are kind of obsessed with Medium right now, and we are halfway through our 3rd watching of Friday Night Lights. Because it is awesome.
Sorry that we were so boring this weekend. We will try harder next time.
