Wasn't this just yesterday?
When she spent 30 plus hours a week in the gym?
When I had to get her out of 4th and 5th and 6th and 7th and every other grade 2 hours early?
And then drop her off for training and then pick her up after dinner? Long after dinner?
Back then, it seemed like those days would never end.
Gymnastics was her life, and kind of mine too.
I wish I could have seen then how close the future really was.
Because even though I did appreciate all those times in the car with her....
I think I would have driven a little slower.
