To My Girls:
I know alot of my posts recently have focused on #1. That doesn't mean I like her best, it's just that she has grown up, gotten married, had a baby, and lives a state away from the rest of us.
Someday, when you are all mothers,
Someday, when you are all mothers,
you will understand that you don't want your daughters to ever grow up and move away, at the same time that you desperately want your daughters to grow up and move away.
I miss my #1 every day, and I know the rest of you miss her too. But I'm proud of her for being who she is. Because she is wise, patient, and understanding beyond her years. And I couldn't ask for more.
I promise this will be my last love post to you, my #1 for awhile. I miss my #1 every day, and I know the rest of you miss her too. But I'm proud of her for being who she is. Because she is wise, patient, and understanding beyond her years. And I couldn't ask for more.
I just want you to know how incredible you are.
Your happy little home.
Your gorgeous little baby boy.
Your devoted husband.
Your calm, content soul.
Your life.
This is what I always hoped for. This is what you deserve. #1, don't you ever forget that no matter what has happened in the past, the rough teenage years we struggled through, Remember that you have always been a dream come true for me, and I am proud of every minute of your life.
Mommy loves you.
Cousin Amber loves you too!
